Hero Galric Fireborne, RIP
First Patriarch
Galric was the first noble to be recognized as such with the Fireborne name. How he managed to do so is unknown, but it is thought that he is actually a descendant of another, older line that is no longer found in the world.
Galric was also the first to set out on his military career, leaving the safety of the mansion in Eagle's Glen, then of Drachenwald. He had heard of a great war raging between the nations of Ikalak, Sandalak, and Taselak on some distant island, and that Ikalak was losing by a great deal. Hoping to make a name for himself, he set off for those distant islands.
When he arrived, he was immediately accepted into the Ikalakian army. There her served valiantly and brilliantly under the command of Lord Castamir, taking part in and winning many major battles. But it was at a battle at the fortress of Abykal on those islands that, when leading his troop of Archers, he was hit by an arrow from the enemy and slain. Galric, the first to set out, the first to die.
