Summary
The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.
Government
The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 27 regions, with our capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Skalk and Tarasac. Their dukes are Pikku (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), Dakkon Blackblade (Skalk) and Tsubaki (Tarasac). There is also a single imperial region, Alimonne.
