Discussion Duration
Each discussion will have a minimum duration of 3 days. If necessary, lords have the option to extend the discussion by an additional 2 days. However, each lord may only request such an extension once.
Referendum Duration
After the completion of a discussion, a referendum will be initiated by one of the dukes, exclusively open to lords. The duration of the referendum will be 5 days, allowing sufficient time for all eligible lords to participate. Upon its completion, the Radiant Council will convene to deliberate and make a final decision on whether to pass or veto the proposed bill.
