The Council of Kaiser consists of 5 people first elected by people. And few chosen by the Kaiser himself.
Only opportunity to raise up to the rank of Councillor is to gain 5 supporters who give their word that you are worthy, 2 of them have to be from the Council.

Current members of the Council are:
- Field Marshal Tye von Snipe, Marquis of Muspel
- Royal Treasurer Citsune Erendegard
- Lord Terus Dragonite, Marshal of the Duchal Army of Virovenes Elite
