The Tempus' Jacket of the Dragons is a coat of mysterious material. It is made in small, overlapping pieces that articulate against the body, like a short coat of scales. It a dark red color that fades to black at the edges of each plate. The material seems like leather but has a thick, hard protective layer upon the top. It is heavy when worn.
