Once clamied by Arcachon through the brutal holy war against Sartania, in which thousands of Tuhposian peasants where slaughtered by the Arcachonic army under the command of "Holy Legate Of Adaghar" Lady Haruka. The region was most recently claimed by Arcaea under the control of Earl Santiago De-Legro, but the efforts of the Northern Campaigns resulted in the neglect and loss of the region.

During Arcachons rule the region regularly rebelled and was the base site for the launching of Arcachonic attacks on Sartania. Currently the region is in excellent condition, fully recovered from the brutal war and hapily serving [[Vanimedle Family/Haruka|Haruka]]
