Found by adventure Talan in the region of Brive on the East Island.
An item of high value, this ring is one of few made in the old times, blessed by Gods long forgotten. Its power grants a fighter an almost godly stature upon the field of battle, rallying friends and cowering foes. In the hands of a bureaucrat, politician or trader the ring grants the wearer a continence of seemingly infinite wisdom, making it hard for others to resist their influences.
