Ishimu Family/Petr

Petr followed Yosef in serving the Cagilan Empire. He joined his brother in swearing fealty to Count Khaludh and commanded a unit of archers in the Eaglin Eagles during the expedition up north. He wanted to become a priest of The Order, but kept delaying until he found militia duty for his unit in Sauvia. He somehow managed to pledge allegiance to Duke Strider of Tarasac and got an estate whilst he was a priest, a situation since remedied by becoming part of the ducal retinue after Yosef took over the estates. Petr could be seen preaching and otherwise influencing followers all over Cagilan Empire as well as Tara. He also helped maintain the records of The Order, for which he was made an elder member.

Petr had been beaten up at an alarming frequency during the earlier periods of the War against Redspan by the followers of Da Way whilst preaching in hostile lands. Had the family curse been shifted to him?

Petr had been upgrading temples and building shrines through out the Cagilan Empire and Tara was eventually elevated to the rank of High Priest. He presented the family gift of a mantle to the Tai Lo Master, Tsubasa Kurosaki, who was elected as the Duke of Nida, before heading to Suville as Yosef could not make it to the celebrations.

Petr was eventually arrested whilst preaching in Glassinn, Suville. Whilst in the dungeon he had a rather lively series of correspondence with the Arch Priestess of Suville and Prophet of Aristoi Atamarism, Aeryn Arete. Upon release, he moved to preach in the eastern border regions of Tara. After repeated incursion by priests of Magna Serpaensism, Petr declared them evil and even ordered the arrest of a priest. He crossed over the borders into Ash Sea Islands and preached in Tichi. He had converted more than half the population when he was seriously wounded. Eventually he succumbed to the wounds and his final words were to have Magna Serpaensism wiped off Atamara. (ooc.. character deleted)
