The first member of the family to become a knight, as such he swore fealty to the local lord, Khaludh, the Count of Rauxod. He studied under Elessar, the Count of Woodglen and participated in the defensive expedition to Minas Ithil as part of the Eaglin Eagles. When knights were given the opportunity to be assigned estates, he swore allegiance to Shanka foonfa, the Duke of Cagil and became a regional knight. He was assigned to the Army of Cagilan Liberation and took part in the ill fated foray into Abington, commanding Mixed Infantry. Shortly afterwards he switched to Cavalry and was assigned to the Riders of Trassing Army, where he spent most of the time dealing with undeads and monsters in the northwestern part of the Empire and only caught the tail end of the campaign to expel the Abington invasion of Skalk and Alatol. He then pledged allegiance to Strider, the Duke of Tarasac, taking over the estates of his brother Petr who went on to become a priest. Since he was trying his hands at being a Bureaucrat, he was assigned to The Army of Ered Luins.

Yosef was elected as the Viscount of Hidale on 9 February 2008. On the same day, the Viscount of Alaise, Sir Samuel Haine, generously offered Yosef a Qatgani horse from his private stable in Eaglin, so as to negotiate the mountain roads with more ease.

Since his elevation, Yosef had diligently organised his lands and increased taxes, enough to support 2 knights at a decent income, not to mention his nephew, Yuri, whose mercenary guards he funded.

Yosef made an unsuccessful bid to rule the Townsland region of Ravening. Since his nephew left the continent, as he had always planned to do, Yosef decided to support the Father of the Sun Telemechus with an income and estate. He also only retained the services of one knight besides the priest.

After a certain noble, Sir Celestial Fury, has repeatedly proclaim a peasant as brother. Yosef asked the Dukes and Lords if it's tolerable for nobles to to proclaim peasant as kin. In either referendum, a majority of lords and dukes who voted believed it's not acceptable, however a sizeable number did not bother expressing an opinion. Unbelievably, the Duke of Cagil thought there's nothing wrong with such a thing. Therefore Yosef took Hidale, the gateway to Cagil away from the Duchy of Cagil into the Duchy of Calis. Later on, as it's clear that whilst the Lords and Dukes who believed the antics of that noble is intolerable, no one is prepared to do anything significant to show their displeasure. The Judge believes that no Imperial Law is broken, as if laws are needed for such a fundamental issue. There are no Imperial Laws about inalienable rights of nobles either! As such, Yosef wrote to most of the Rulers of the continent (barring Tara, Falasan, ASI and obviously CE) seeking a new home. Those who replied do show some form of dissatisfaction about the matter. In the end, Yosef travelled to the Darkan capital, Azzal and became a knight there.

Departed for Riombara to join his nephew after he heard of another incursion. Life was far to tranquil in Darka. He took with him the ashes of his brother Petr. Might even finally relocate the family home when given the opportunity.
