What is it?

OCPU stands for Oligarch, Caligus, Perdan, Ubent and Avamar. They are in that order, because that is the order we expect the editors of those realms' newspapers to sign to the franchise. OCPU is a group of newspaper editors throught HRA realms(Oligarch, Caligus, Perdan, Ubent) working together to provide the best news in existence, lightning fast.
