After the conquest of the secessionist city of Aegir in the Fall of 14 YD, thus the end of Entai, the new Duke Garad Jhaelen Irsei lifted Bowie's ban from entering the Duchy of Aegir. This occurring a season after Marchioness Varchilde Esotericus, on behalf of the Astromancer Church, expressed her opinion that Bowie was not possessed by a demon (though he is) and giving Duke Francois de Leon no more reason to bar Bowie from the Duchy of Donghaiwei.
