Brother to Alistair, and nephew of Hexic of D'Hara. While growing up at the family estate, Malificar often found politics to be frustrating, and found a way so that he would not have to deal with them. At the age of 16, he cut out his own tongue, so that he would have an excuse not to talk to anyone, and focus solely on his combat training.
Malificar and Alistair both started their careers in the Far East. Malificar began in Arcaea, and learned of a colony to be formed in Azros. He joined this endeavour and became the Vice Marshal to King Thain Himoura's army, The Hammer of Thor.
Upon hearing of his uncle's death, Malificar travelled to Dwilight and joined the realm of D'Hara, where his uncle had served. Immediately upon his arrival, he was offered the position as Duke of Paisly. He declined. Malificar wanted to earn his titles, not be granted them because of the name is uncle had earned. As time went on however, Malificar earned Marquis of Nebel, Confessor, and later became Duke of Port Nebel.
