Dace

Founder of the family estate in Axtli, Talerium. He served as a good knight, always following orders and protecting his realm. He tried to learn mercantile skills, and for a short time was a trader. Unfortunately a few months later decided was unfit for military life, and took an early retirement.

Hexic - Sirion

When in fact brother to Dace, Hexic soon became a disgrace to the family name. After serving Sirion for only a day, deserted his post. He never came to the family mansion in Axtli. Some say he died to monsters or undead not long after his desertion. Dace never believed that to be the case. He knew his brother to be a capable and resourceful man, and would one day arrive in Axtli to greet his brother.

Hexic - Barony of Makar

Cousin of Dace and Hexic, his resemblance to Hexic the First was impeccable. Some claimed it was the same man. He served in the Barony military for a time, and later converted to priesthood. He retired early at the age of 24 as well. It was later disproven to have been the first Hexic. Dace swore his brother had a scar over his right eye, earned from sparring with Dace.

Rifter - Taselak

Half-brother of Dace and Hexic, Rifter was bloodthirsty. He chose the South Eastern Islands because of its reputation for combat. While in the service of Taselak, Taselak was facing a losing battle. Both Torn and Ikalak were pressing Taselak's front lines. When they broke, Rifter decided to defect to Ikalak, as had become family tradition, he retired at the ripe old age of 25.

Rifter - Barony of Makar

Brother of Hexic of the Barony. He traveled to the Barony to fight alongside his brother. For a while they did. They got into a horrible fight and went their separate paths. Hexic became a priest, and Rifter became a hero. Rifter volunteered to be part of a small taskforce, led by the Executioner himself. He became Second-in-Command, and proved his worth when the Executioner was captured. When he heard his brother was retiring, he decided to as well.

Doctor - Three Brothers

The Doctors were all named such at birth by Dace. Dace had been fond of the story 'Doctor Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde'. His wife was not pleased. The Doctors however had no desire to become knights, and lived as adventurers. The first went to Beluaterra. The second to Dwilight. The third stayed close to home, going north to Darka. The youngest of the brothers, Doctor set himself to the service of Darka. He wanted to get away from home, but not too far. He got bored with his life of adventure, thought he could do something more. He set to work forging documents as a knight. He did not know if these documents would work or not, but he would try.

A full account of the Three Brothers can be read here

Hexic - Everguard / D'Hara

Son of Hexic from the Barony. When learning his cousin Doctor had been executed in Pian en Luries, he traveled to Dwilight looking for revenge. Upon arrival he learned that the gods themselves had struck Ludovico with a bolt of lightening. He had happened to land in Everguard at the time, and chose to stay. Over the years he gained much honour and fame, which earned his story its own chapter.

Kaim - Outer Tilog/Oritolon/Giblot

An oddball of the family. He likes tea parties and kittens. No wonder he finds himself at home in Outer Tilog, in the Colonies. He is the son of Doctor in Oritolon (Third born). Because of Kaim's odd behaviour, he sent him to serve with other nobles of similar behaviour. Kaim has reported to his father that:

Currency is not gold but rather the hair of the Banker, Garm the Devourer. He is encouraged to hold tea parties. Literacy is illegal (Doctor's scribe has done the best he could manufacturing this document) His army has been given strict orders not to speak with allied troops. Eating kittens is legal.

When it appeared Outer Tilog was going to fall, Doctor asked Kaim to join him in Oritolon. Kaim accepted. Eventually Kaim decided to run for lordship, and won the seat as Baron of Windaria. He worked on subtle projects, such as establishing the Windaria Defensive Force, and participating in the Colonial Brethren. The Brethren was a group of individuals whom worked to bring a balance of power to the Colonies. As such, they needed men in power, men such as Kaim. After a while though, Kaim found himself in a Wetham prison, after he committed acts of sabotage against them during a siege. He was able to escape, but by that time his seat of lordship and been granted to another, who was unwilling to yield it back to him. Feeling little justice, and he had been greatly disrespected, he left Oritolon to join Giblot. He would use this opportunity to act more freely for the Colonial Brethren, and perhaps recruit members from Giblot for the cause.
