Semall is a small city in the southern highlands of the East Island. It is located on the southwestern shore of the Great Southern Sea. The capital of the realm of Itorunt was moved here from the city of Itorunt in eary September of 2006.

The city is the former capital of the most righteous kingdom of Eponllyn.
