Purpose
The purpose of the Vault Keepers Compact has been described as the coming together of Bankers of the various realms to insure stability, in both food supply, and income. By its nature the guild holds itself to be non-partisan and does not take an active role in conflict. Services which it provides include common banking transactions such as desposits and loans. Seen by many as a tax haven, its treasury has grown over time.
