This is the best I could manage to sum up on what is wrong and should be redeemed by GMs as fast as they can. The file has been send to a moderator and hopefully will reach the hands of GMs soon. If you want someone to actually read it, perhaps presenting it in a format everybody can read would be a good idea. May I suggest PDF.
