The wolf-riders:

Ancient warriors of the past who would lead their troops into battle atop the mighty wolf. Only the most honored warriors received this honor.

Clans: each clan has wolf lords and each wolf lord can have different packs under them that surve the wolf lord.

Fenris Clan: these are all lone members that have yet to find a clan or are seeking to start a new clan.
