The Order of the Cold Flame

"Since time and memorial, steel has ruled these lands. It is steel that conquered the great empire of Ar Agyr and later became even deadlier in the hands of the Thalmarkinian Host. All that we have we paid for with frozen steel and stubborn minds. We have been a friend of the most noble of metals and it has been a good friend to us.

Thus it will come as a surprise to you that I am hereby declaring the failure of steel. While still being the most deadliest weapon in mankind's arsenal, steel alone will not win against beasts made of fire and death. Forever looking for more efficient ways to do our killing, our King, as advised by his Advisors, has decided to create the new title of Grand Wizard."

With these words, spoken by Dunbor Lorganson, so began the Order of the Cold Flame. Our mission is at once simple and monumental: to gather both mystical items and arcane knowledge for the purpose of defending the North and defeating the darkness that surrounds us. Lord, noble, and freeman must all band together in our quest and it is only through our bravery and cooperation that we may succeed.
