ok,Harriman was made viscount but I have not revived fame for it. What exactly are the requirements for this?

Here is what it in my family history 2010-05-17 Harriman Appointed as Viscount of Wynford.

3-6-2011 Unknown fame- Possible exceptional leadership but I think its early for that. Notable things Marshal Abbigal led troops into battle and someone got wounded.
