- The document doesn't really give a philosophical source of power for the Lasanar government. A Feudal Republic is a rather byzantine arrangement, especially over an absolute monarchy or dictatorship, and it's unclear where true sovereignty lies.
- The document isn't so much a constitution for Lasanar as a blueprint for running the council. The council is the single largest piece of Lasanar's government, but I think the region lords should be included as a bit more than a line-item.
- The distinction between legislative and ministerial acts is, despite the section on ministerial jurisdiction, still a bit fuzzy.
- The council as policy setting body is still ill-defined.
- I don't really see the point of seconding motions. We have a council of at most nine right now, if we need to fall back on Robert's Rules of Order we're in trouble.
- Overall, I like most of the content in this document, but I think the organization and clarity can be improved a bit. Mind if I take a crack at it?
