I noticed two "standards" in use here on the wiki.

Oritolon's regions are filed under Oritolon. For example, Oritolon/Regions#Windaria so that all the Oritolon Regions could be listed on the same wiki page.

Giblot's regional pages are listed by themselves, as in Colonies/Ammersfield.

The former lends itself to better continuity, I think. But the latter implies the fluid nature of region ownership.
