The Aegiran Legion was the smallest of the three armies(S&S, DAME, and the Aegiran Legion). It was founded by the Duke of Aegir, Terivus, as an effort to safeguard his city from the hordes of monsters that roamed to the south. This army also marked the beginning of the duchy of Aegir being able to stand on its own.
However, the duke soon disappeared and the city was overrun by monsters, which destroyed and damaged large portions of the city. After the city was lost, Emperor Neel decided to disband the decimated army. The S&S and DAME jointly recaptured the stricken city on his command. Since being returned to the Empire, Aegir has a new army: The Wolves of Aegir.
