The Splendid Band of Enchanting was discovered by Durgen Skoorbosla on the Islands of Dwilight in the region of the Shrine of Seeklander. During the cleansing of the monster hordes, the item was found on the leader of the monster army. Durgen Skoorbosla was able to single-handedly slay the army and the leader. It was a great battle, lasting many hours. Who shall be the next person this ring will cross hands with.
