Not a pleasant place to be. The people used to be ruled by Outer Tilog, but now are under the oppression of Gander. A wall was commissioned to keep the peasants inside and unable to run away. It is rumoured that countless bodies were burried in the wall full of the peasants that died during it's construction. A murial was painted on the wall of Gander standing ontop of a pile of skulls holding Dante's head. It's a blood filled town surrounded by death and misery.

Gander was thrown out by the peasant population of Rollsovar after he wounded Goergyboy in their lands. Shaman was installed as Lord and has since but a selective breeding program into place. The program aims at creating the strongest, smartest and wealthiest peasants without running into gene pool problems.
The wall in Rollsovar still stands and Shaman continually pours money into it so it does not crumble. The murial still exists, but as more of a reminder to the peasants of how bad life can really get.
With Giblot's takeover of Steepglades, Rollsovan security has been stepped down and the economy is booming for the first time ever. Militia in Rollsovar continues and at several thousand CS. Life is better now than it has ever been for the peasants. Better for the peasants who are lucky enough to meet Shaman's high standards, that is.

Currently Rollsovar is under Tilogian Control. Those from Tilogia have claimed ancient rights to the region and the officials went straight with it.
Giblot has initiated a takeover. Soon enough it will be back to control.
