North's Signature Tactic Leaves Selective Defenseless
Headed by Old Rancagua, the northern alliance has pratically swatted aside all of Avamar Selective's military in one swoop. While the Selective's defense was formidable, it could not stand up to an overwhelming tactic used often by the north against nations in a weakened state. The swarm tactic of the north has never been turned back in recent history and has the effect of quickly disposing of an enemy nation. The tactic is simple yet efficient and has seen to the end of allies and friends Rancagua and Oligarch.

In an extreme irony the tactic was also used to destroy the Avamar of the past when Fontanese, Old Rancaguan, and Sirion troops invaded the city of Avamar finally ending the controversial nation. The battle was for a time the largest to have occured in the world with the northern nations sending more than twice the number men into the city as the defenders had. Avamar fell quickly after that and wasn't heard from, until the Avamar Selective reared its head.

The EIDA Easily Crosses Borders
The recent flurry of tournaments on East Island and the rapid expansion of guildhouses across the south by many patrons of the EIDA has put the East Island Dueling Association above the common guild. Over the past weeks the guild has grown quickly in reknown and popularity. The recent addition and planning of new guildhouses in Itorunt and Ibladesh have only added to that effect by quickly bridging the gap that sometimes stops guilds at a realm border. The EIDA has experienced a growth in members that has currently expanded the branches of the guild into ten realms who otherwise have no association. The Perdan based guild has even been supported by Doc himself in Oligarch City by the opening of a guildhouse in the old capital of Oligarch.

The guild has grown quickly from its begginnings in the woods of Perdan. When asked whether or not she thought the guild would expand when she founded, Yunari Tian(who also happens to be the co-owner of this paper) said,"-------."
