OI refused to give into the demands of this new realm, which apparently made this new "ruler" mad so he decided to declare war on OI. This happened even after several attempts of negotiation, the "Sultan" of the new realm refused to work out any kind of deal and decided that war was going to be the only way for his realm to go.
