Senate

The Senate is composed of all regional lords. Regional lords are elected by the nobles of the realm, through simple vote. Once given their title they are expected to maintain their region and aid in making decissions. Dukes are chosen by vote but only those who hold land are eligible to run. Do not message the council, (judge, ruler, banker, general) about realm policy, governing and all the stuff you'd usually expect to message them; that's what the Senate is here for.

Forum Publicus

The Forum is for anyone intrested in government that either doesn't want to make decisions, wasn't able to aquire a Senate position or is just curious. Most things the Senate discusses actually takes place in the Forum so that all nobility (that wants to) can listen and make comments. Some things are not mentioned in the Forum, though to date it has only been two things. No matter what advice is provided by the nobles in the Forum, in the end it is the Senate that decides what happens.
