Family History:

The Landre family originated in the frozen north of Atamara, in Icegate. A family of fierce viking warriors, the family has bred many fine warriors.

Raine Landre The eldest Landre, whose whereabouts have not been known for some time. She began as a Viking in the Barony of Makar, and after some in-fighting and a spur of rebellious behaviour, she finally ended up serving her original enemy, Minas Ithil. After attempting to lead a life of honour, her wildness claimed her, and she vanished without a trace into the wilds, as she deemed herself unfit for society. After an extensive search by the family was commence, with no findings, she was proclaimed dead.

Gilth Landre Brother to Raine, Gilth was always more subdued. His rise to prominence occured in the Ash Sea Islands as a hero, far away from his Viking relatives. Gilth lived a short life of war, which ASI had no shortage of at the time. Beset on all sides by enemies, a general retreat was sounded, and forces began heading north. A small force headed south to Wo'right to cover the retreat, which included Gilth. The young nobleman was wounded mortally in the battle, and died serving his realm with distinction.

Theros The current elder to the Landre family, Theros is a distant cousin to both Gilth and Raine. Born on the East Continent, he came of age in Fontan and immediately began his military career. A knight of Al Amarah for the length of his career, he began in the Democratic Guard, fighting primarily in the west of Fontan against Perdan and Caligus, and later Westmoor. Eventually the war had taken the lives of several knights, and Theros was given an invitation to join the elite army of Fontan, The Lions. Accepting the honour, Theros was almost immediately repositioned to the east to fight with the Lions against OR and Sirion. Theros continues to serve with honour as a hero and Lion of Fontan.

Roddick Landre A young decendant of the Atamarian Landre's, Roddick has devoted himself to the god Lodril of Darkanism. He preaches in Darka, and has for the most part remained reclusive and quiet. He engages in neither military or political affairs, and seems content on his preachings and the spread of his faith. He has renounced every family tie and every family member. Very little else is known about the young man.

Gilth II Landre Named after his heroic cousin in the hopes he would walk the same legacy, Gilth II has all but been removed from battle by his brother, Theros. Gilth II instead took up the pen as a courtier of Fontan, and has never lead more than 10 men, mostly against Monsters and Undead who plague Fontan, or in several military forreys while his brother lay wounded. The majority of his time, however, has been dedicated to keeping Fontan's regions in prime shape and standing. After much dedication, Gilth II finally recieved his first Lordship as Baron of Tabost. Rebuilding Tabost would test all of the skills he had obtained, as it lay on the battlefront of Fontan-Sirion, and was the site of countless battles
