The Himoura family is large, with many branches, governed by a council of elders, who employ assassins, lead by the Adjudicator, Alitoh to enforce the will of the Elders. The Elders encompass members of several branches of the family, including members of the Chaos Requiem, though it is not dominated by any one faction.
