Basics
Some of the islands in BattleMaster (currently Dwilight and the Far East) have seasons. The game runs on an accelerated timeframe here, with a season lasting for about 3 weeks.
- Spring
- The planting season, though some early food is harvested as well. Harvests are at reduced efficiency.
- Summer
- During the summer, damage to the fields during summer and autumn (such as that caused by looting, battle, or monster attacks) will be especially devastating.
- Autumn
- The harvest season. Harvests are at a much higher efficiency.
- Winter
- Dark and cold, the harvest is greatly reduced in size, and travel is slowed due to bad road conditions. At the height of winter, soldiers not stationed in a garrison will suffer from cold and starvation.
