Constitution of Heen

Preamble:

The Kingdom of Heen must uphold and represent justice, honesty, and equality in all matters whether with forgein politics or internal affairs. The people of the kingdom constitutes the rights to the freedom of speech, religion, to bear arms, and impeach an unjust council member(s).

Ammendments:

Ammendment I: The people in all right have the choice to annoint thier monarch and Archpriest by election of the noblility of eligible canidates. The monarch from therin will appoint the High Marshal of the armies, and the Royal Treasurer of foodstuffs and taxes.

Ammendment II: All monarches must sign the Constitution of Heen before being fully annointed as King or Queen of Heen. The monarch of Heen has right to propose and ratify ammendments when seen fit.

Ammendment III: The nobility are consented to be governed and not governed by force. Any noble has the right to leave the kindom at any time he or she wishes, but should the noble leave to an enemy realm, he or she is subject to banishment under the decision of the Archpriest. The nobility are also subject to banishment by the Archpriest if accused guilty for any crime deserving of the punishment.

Ammendment IV: The nobility have right to freedom of speech. Whether they do so by press or by parchment, they have all rights to speak their will. Should what is said be considered treason against the throne, that noble is subject to immediate banishment and if captured again execution.

Ammendment V: The people of the kingdom have right to bear arms at all times to take defence against enemy rouges and enemy realms.

Ammendment VI: The noblility have the rights to dissagree with, protest, and impeach any unjust council member should they have the proof to do so. Any unjust inpeachments will be justified by the currently ruling monarch or the monarch is subject to immediate impeachment.

Ammendment VII: An offical religion must never be impressed upon the people. A monarch attempting to do so breeds corruption and is subject to immediate impeachment.

Ammendment VIII: Hedonism is an evil religion and is never permitted to be preached or praticed in the Kindom of Heen.
