Heen/Soil Non-Transgression Pact with Mesh

This pact is valid as long as no one of either sides is in conflict with the underneath,

The Monarchy of Heen and the Democracy of Mesh hereby declare that they both accept each other’s involvement in wars of mutual interest. This means that both may aid any other kingdom that they are at least in alliance with without any restrain. The armies of Heen and Mesh will only clash on foreign soil in the sole purpose for both to aid one of their allies. Heen may not enter Meshian lands, Mesh may not enter Heenite lands. Thus remains the neutral status.

This pact is signed by the rulers of the Monarchy of Heen and the Democracy of Mesh,
