Edward Anthony Mercer, son of Archibald Mercer, discovered the Glowing Jacket of Protection among the remains of a cluster of skeletons he defeated in battle in Dulbin, Westmoor on January 20, 2011. Upon its discovery, the armor granted its wearer +4 prestige. The Jacket was found in 100% damaged condition, and disintegrated in 12 hours. There was no opportunity to have it repaired.
