Gellander Family/Ganwin

Ganwin has trouble keeping control of his tongue, and insulted a few nobles of Ikalak while standing outside their city walls. He turned his desire to speak to more constructive pursuits, and became Toren's Mentor, teaching 6 young nobles the ways of the realm. He also wrote two books, one of which became known throughout the island.

When the South East Island was sinking, Ganwin left for Sartania, hearing that they worship a War God. Was this Sartan another name for Tor? Ganwin has not yet decided, but seeks an answer. Ganwin stood up to the General of Sartania, staying faithful to the orders of his marshal, and his entire force was slaughtered in a hail of Archaronian arrows. Ganwin's devotion to his oath of fealty did not go unnoticed, and Ganwin was quickly promoted to Second-in-command of the Swift Hand of Sartan, and almost as quickly, was appointed lord of Unotosa. Ganwin wanted the region because it was a key battleground and defensive point against Archaron.

Unotosa was lost to Archaron. Ganwin was taken prisoner, and due to a minor wound to his leg, contracted gangrene and died. (OOC: needed to delete one of my characters for game/life balance).
