Declaration of Alliance with Riombara 1. The Republic will provide military assistance against Avalon and Luz de Bia. 2. This aid will extend only to the limit of the borders of Riombara prior to the beginning of the war, minus the originally disputed lands of Bilkenia and Cagamir. 3. The Republic was founded on the principle of self-determination and the right to organize self-protection when it is not provided by one's government. However, we will not interfere with the internal dispute between the government of Riombara and the proclaimed independent city of Irombro. 4. Riombara will provide assistance, if possible, should Luz de Bia, Avalon, or an ally attack the Republic in direct retaliation for this aid. The treaty will expire at the conclusion of hostility between Riombara and Luz de Bia, unless renewed through further negotiation.
