Description
Flowrestown is a magnificent city, which, true to its name, still has a traditional flower fair in the summer, when the flowers are most vibrant. It is a flourishing city, even as the native inhabitants tend to it. The very peninsula on which the city is located radiates a calm aura, as is implied in the names "Flow" and "Tranquil".
Current treaty terms has placed Flowrestown in the rights of Morek. It remains to be seen how the native leaders react to the introduction of Sanguis Astroism.
