Different text shades for those with and without oaths in the realm hierarchy page.

In the realm hierarchy page, have different text shades for knights of a region (oath) and nobles of a region (automatically assigned, but no estate oath to region).

Benefits

This would allow an easier at-glance way of seeing who needs an oath still.
