Introduction of DART:

DART is a series of tournaments held every two years over the entire Island. All realms that are members of DART will host Quadrant regional Tournaments which they will keep track of the results and reward points to both teh Realms and Individual Nobles that participate in the DART tournament series. It will also make the communication and Awarding of rewards and Opportunity of bragging rights for the current champions with all the Island members.
