Cylinessa's ancestors were nomadic in nature. Her parents honored this tradition by doing much traveling. It would not be an exaggeration to say Gia grew up living a soldiers life as much as the traditional noble's life. She started training at a young age of eight. The traditional age for her people is twelve for both girls and boys. Like her siblings, she was never allowed to fight until she reached early adulthood. "Cyl"  didn't enjoy travel as much as her older siblings. She enjoyed some of the more prim things of her education as a noble. Calligraphy, painting and drawing. The supplies of which could be hard to carry. Finding a space to use them even more so. The bruises of training were also harder for her. Although she never shied away from them.

Cylinessa is the youngest of the family to seek her fortune in the world. As the youngest she is a tough little thing. Within her first year of fighting for the Morek Empire she was made Lord of [[Zhongyuan]] . This of course annoyed her siblings as she was the youngest.
