This religion is based on democratic ideals but not so in that all followers get to decide where the church is heading. We rely upon the guidance of a council who is made up of the founder/prophet and all high priests. To rise through the hierarchy, you must have patience because although you wish to become high priest right away you will not. Instead you must like all things work for it contribute to the religion convert followers help the religion grow and share your ideals.
