Alan, Admiral in Itorunt's Royal Guild, Grand Knight of the Shield in the Order of the White Shield (EC)

Alan is Torin's younger brother and is almost the complete opposite. Alan left Tarasac when Falasan invaded to escape his brother's rath. He fled atamara alltogether and ventured to the East Continent where he found refuge in Itorunt. The Countess Celeste helped him in these early days, something Alan feels he has not yet repaid her for. Alan served Itorunt for quite sometime eventually becoming its mentor, and gaining a general respect from most of his peers. After a dispute with the king, Lucian, over honor and how Itorunt should act, Alan left Itorunt and headed east to Yssaria.

Alan is a very cynical person at heart. He serves others only when it proves useful or entertaining for himself. His moral code is twisted to say the least. Should he ever argue the morality of something, it is typically a ploy to further his own cause. He is a powerful and dangerous ally. However, once he gives his word on something he will never stray from it no matter what.
