Volume 3
The honorable interpretation of events of the Cagilan Empire!

Whipomania

Morrigan's famed whip has gone missing. News broke shortly after my vassal, Samuel, was whipping people. As a result people are swarming to give her gifts of whips. I only assume in hopes to prevent them from use on the giver. An S&M store has opened in Cagil.

Corvus: Im in the capital and found a quant little S&M store that has the exact copy of your whip.
Sythe: that whip phase will keep me ouy of Cagil for a while

It is causing quite the stir within the aristocracy of the realm. Nobles fearing entrance of their capital is not something that is quite beneficial to the realm. I only hope my wife, Shinobu, doesn't have any whips in her possesion.

Morrigan's threats continued.
Morrigan: My whip is for both War and Love. The trick for everyone else is - To guess which one I'm waging, and at what time...
Lianna: I would of thought the trick would not be in the same region Morrigan, when you use the whip for War and Love, both sounds painful ... but as I am in the same region I will shut up!
Morrigan: It really is a nice whip - made of daffodils and bear cub fur...Really, I promise! No one need be scared, right?
Lianna: It not the way it is made, but how effective the user is

Samuel had this to offer Morrigan.
Samuel: I have an excellent knout, A sturdy pleti where that leaden balls are barbed, the classic Cat o Nine Tails as well as a Thieves Cat, a flagrum and a scorpion flagrum, a flushing whip, a correia, several leather kurbatsche and the prize of my collection: A Nekhekh that has been handed down through my family for generation after generation.

I honestly feel sorry for any Carelian captives if Morrigan should get a hold of them. May you end up in Strider's hands safely.

In other news, another noble has been banned with the following explanation: Announcing treacherous intentions that could be harmful to the Realm and any of her Allies. You might just be suffering with "Sun Stroke" after your break, but with this degree of lunacy it is impossible to tell! Best you left.

It started with Rek'Atca speaking treasonously.

Rek'Atca: i'm going to start a war with another country. Feel free to stop me, but i doubt you can. mwahahaha!
Khaludh: Whats up with everyone lately? I do hope its not infectious...

Perhaps some uncleaned whips were used on Rek'Atca that infected his brain and caused such treasonous things to be said against the Empire?

Telemechus

Please welcome to the staff our newest Honorable Assistant Editor Telemechus. From this volume onward, he will be writing articles. May you the curse of procrastination and slackfulness not fall upon you.

Seesaw of War

Well, unfortunate news for the empire. Garnagi's successful takeover was for nothing as Carelia has taken it back. Dontow has failed and Clyderee never got going. However, we still have the upper hand as we have more mobile CS than Carelia. Their only advantages are the shorter refit times and the knowledge of their own land. Carelia should fall within time. Later on, messages between Carelia and CE shall be summarized from the battle in Garnagi a few days ago.

Morrigan's Big Push

No, Morrigan isn't having a child. Though I'm sure Vatticus would like to have contributed to that. Anyway, to the topic at hand. The Big Push is Morrigan's name for her newest strategy. Her plan is to attempt several takeovers at once. This is a brainchild of one of my plans and I am a big supporter of it. It was first attempted with Nida and Oyonnaire and was quite succesful. However, it could be explained away as being succesful due to Carelia having a new general. Their old general has returned though now and the Big Push is working quite efficiently. Garnagi has succumbed and Dontow is on its way. Clyderee's takoever, under my own takeover unit, has suffured some setbacks but will be running soon. Eventually, our fair city of Skalk shall fall and Carelia will be reduced to a weak state. This is the fate of one who slaps her mother in the face and backstabs her own sister.
