Gods Entourage - part one

For years The Elven Entourage have been behind Rugina, originally a group of noble suiters who couldn't let Rugina go unguarded while she hunted Sir Zartos, the most infamous assassin Sirion has faced. Of course this first group holds nothing on the strength of the current Entourage, but those 30 men were fans of her dancing and had named themselves her protecters. She didn't lead the Blue-Hilt Entourage,an older gentleman named Sir Kennedy did. It was Kennedy who started the tradition of escorting a noble and being among her court at the same time. But then the dancer was called into the Great War, and Kennedy and the other noblemen overestimated their skill, and never knew what they would face in true combat. The men were the top of their class, literally the top thirty. But class rank matters little in a siege.

That battle took everyone of the Entourage and bore a long unmistakeable scar upon Rugina's back. It was actually Lord Zakilevo's men who saved Rugina's life and pulled her off the field. She awoke in an unfamiliar estate with nurses tending to her wounds. Being what she was, she drew a picture in her mind that she was back in that hell. The days on Skezard... So she panicked as she mistakenly though her escape was a dream, that all these events really never happened. Until she saw the cloths the doctors and nurses took off her. What happened that day really isn't clear on how Rugina reacted.

But when she returned to Sirion city, she made a vow to the Blue Hilt Entourage. Her swords a proof that she still holds today. She will never forget it.

And today, Rugina ponders if it is time she declared that oath fulfilled. She witnessed Fontan's destruction, the defeat of Asena... and much more. Rugina had decided this: When the Entourage evolved, her oath expanded. The larger Elven Entourage was more powerful, filled with men and noblemen alike, but they all were loyal warriors. At the start when Rugina formed them, only four men called themselves fans of Rugina's dancing.

Most were here for the gold... Ahh, well you can expect the stories Rugina made with these brutes. Quite a few men stand out from the rest, the ones who are alive currently actually. They were all nobles left, and by this point they were fans of the Silver Dancer, who came in her own heroic role after many battles. Then she got promoted to the Lady of Al Amarah.

She again, increased the size of the Elven Entourage to boast a hundred of men or more. And another interesting fact returned, every member was of noble birth. Including Rugina's Veterans.

Bringing us to todays current Entourage. One hundred and One men. And Rugina thinks about retiring them to Al Amarah, including Tomas. She could use them back home, and she could evolve the Entourage.

"But how can I keep our oath alive any longer?! How do I become stronger? There is no more room for me to make!" Rugina cries while holding her swords to her chest. She couldn't let go.
