Basic Goal: Found a religion, change to mentor and be elected ruler.

Detailed Goals:
-Attain all the requirements necessary to be elected ruler.
-Gain a regional lordship.
-Found a religion and build its structure
-Switch to mentor
-Run for ruler and be elected.

Notes
-Ruler requirements are ten prestige, at least a knight
