Rebel thingnys

I think it's just plain cheap BS, and goes against the spirit of the game. Rebellion, for the right reasons, I can condone. Rebelling, to steal land from the realm that gave you a share of it's taxes, use it's services, and perhaps advance, is, as stated above, just plain cheap BS. If you are gonna steal land from people, do it from enemies, not those who have protected, housed, and payed you. -Chénier 04:13, 9 December 2006 (CET)

I disagree. Doing things like that is backstabbing the host realm, and will annoy and take away some fun from the ones who achieved high-ranking positions after alot of work. -Chénier 03:40, 10 December 2006 (CET)
Doing so can cause the destruction or damage of a realm, which is why I disagree with you. If a realm has enemies, some might take advantage of the rebellion to conquer most of the host realm, along with most if not all of the rebelling regions. The ruler will not be able to take what what belongs to the realm. -Chénier 04:28, 10 December 2006 (CET)
I'm not saying it shouldn't be done, I'm saying it shouldn't be encouraged in any way. Next thing you know everyone will have a family member in Beluaterra, probably a bureaucrat, syphoning a huge ammount of gold to the family vault, and secessions will be commonplace, realms won't last more than a month. That would make a very boring game. -Chénier 19:21, 10 December 2006 (CET)
