Jorge is considered the second oldest child of the Fowl Family. However, he may not be. He and his brother Hector were twins, but Hector is given credit as the oldest. Since they were little, their father has watched over them like a hawk, always pushing them to push themselves.

Since Hector recieves all of the duties of a firstborn, Jorge is free to do as he pleases. Because of this, Jorge feels no animousity towards Hector at all. Due to his freedom, Jorge spent most of his life training in military tactics and training himself physically. When he turned 17, he left Soliferum to travel to the realm of Sartania and begin his career there.

Jorge can often times come off as a prick. He is blunt and honest, though possesses no tact at all. Unlike his older brother, Jorge tends to have problems with money, probably because he spent his time excercising rather than studying numbers.

When in Sartania, Jorge lost his entire unit in a glorious battle in Orbeh. After this battle, Jorge was stricken with grief over the loss of his men. He reverted to his instincts and stopped communicating for a short time. He challenged a noble of Arcaea to a duel to the death. He was severly wounded in this duel, but he recovered. As his body recovered, so to did his mind recover. When he was fully recovered, the Arcaean noble demanded a rematch and in good conscience, Jorge could not refuse. Once again, providence spared his life. Jorge has since served in the army of Sartania unerringly.

Most recently, Jorge has become a Hero after his efforts in the assault on the stronghold at Nocaneb. Only time will tell how heroic he is.

Jorge has recently noticed his men improving over time. He has singled out two of them, Mateo and Alonso, to serve as Lt and Sgt of the unit, respectively. The rest of the unit, characteristically, is still held at bay by Jorge. He sees them as throwaways who would be time wasted if he were to get to know them. Jorge's weapon of choice is a battle ax, although it wouldn't be unlike him to toss it aside and charge ahead with only his spiked gauntlets to aid his passage.

In a recent assault on the region of Remton, belonging to the realm of Arcaea, Jorge performed heroically, yet failed to do anything to take personal pride in. His unit was wiped out. Half of his men were killed, and the other half lay wounded. Many of the ones who survived owe Jorge, Mateo, and Alonso a great debt. They fought on to allow the wounded to move back. Alonso and Mateo both owe Jorge their lives twice over. For, on the first foray, they were both nearly driven from the wall, only Jorge's quick action saved them. Also, in the final moments of battle for Jorge's unit, he slung both their wounded bodies over his shoulders and left the wall. Mateo repayed his first debt by saving Jorge in turn, when he was almost driven from the walls to die on the ground far below. After the battle, Sir Telwar was awed by the supposedly "possessed" performance by Jorge upon the wall. Tales spread of how Sartan himself was channeled through Jorge for the battle against Arcaea.
