In furtherance of my previous message, some time ago, I created a new full-member rank in accordance with article 2 of the Charter, Arch Deacon. The title of Arch Deacon goes to any lay member of the church who is lord of a holy city that does not already hold a higher rank. As was decided at the time, the status of holy city can be granted at my discretion. To date the following cities have been regarded by me as holy and worthy of this rank:
Caiyun Mimer Darfix Libiddized Valkyrja Askileon The Shrine of Seeklander
I have decided to name Aegir a holy city as well given its history as a long-standing Astroist city, which has also been the seat of power for such illustrious clergy as Sister Katrina.
In addition, I am also recognizing Qubel Lighthouse, Shinnen Purelius and Giask given the valiant resistance they showed to the Lurian Purges and the many martyrs laid down their lives in defense of our faith. Their blood shall cry out from the earth.
Any lord of these regions who is a full member of our faith may claim the title Arch Deacon
