The Beginning
Bastian was sent by House of Rossignon to Minas Thalion to support the reign of Cathal Dubhaine whose dream was the revival of the Imperial Electorate of Minas Thalion by relocation in the Colonies. Robin, Bastian's non identical twin, was supposed to follow and support his cause, an aid eagerly anticipated by never given since Robin decided to look for the accomplishment of his personal dreams. Bastian was a well educated young man specialized in the arts of diplomacy and internal politics, with a promising future ahead, if he could only manage to play his cards right.

The History
The first steps have been made by swearing an oath to the Crown of Minas Thalion while holding the seat of Koolaris lordship. Upon handing the seat to a man who Bastian has never had the opportunity to meet in person, bearing the name of Jax Sinclaire, considering that Bastian did not manage to acquire an estate, it was Bastian's wish to continue to provide service to the Crown rather than stand by his oath binding him to the Senator of Koolaris himself. Bastian suggested Drenga's takeover and he was the man initiating the attemp. The newly appointed Senator's of Koolaris treason and change of allegiance to the realm of Assassins was met by Bastian's disgust who decided to remain on the dying Minas Thalion and continue to serve the Crown by actively aiding in the prosperity efforts of the newly acquired coastal town of Drenga.
As soon as his unit abandoned Bastian's cause due to the sacrifices they had to make under his orders, he had no other choice that to prove himself entering the path of diplomacy, even if there were not enough nobles in the realm to provide him with the necessary official credentials. As a young man he was, he decided to head to Oritolon and meet his brother Robin looking for support, an agreement hard to be achieved considering his brother's betrayal of the House's of Rossignon noble cause.
