Purchasing titles

I believe Tom has been very clear on this: there is no such thing as a 'successful purchase'. If a noble turns out to have a claim/title on a region, then the claim/title is as valid as the next. If Sir Kepler successfully buys his way to a Lordship, then saying 'he is a fraud, he bribed the officials!' is meta-gaming. If he fails, /then/ you can call him a fraud. -Capet
