Origin
The Sultanate's Striking fury (SSF) was an army created as a quick reaction force. It consists of fewer nobles than The Iron Wolves of Asena. In spite of this, it has proven itself capable of working indepently of it's elder sibling. Though, it moves in conjunction with The Iron Wolves of Asena for major operations.
The Sultanate's Striking Fury was originally made to meet the growing needs for dividing the large Iron Wolves of Asena, the move restored some flexibility and agility to the Sultanate's armed forces. Furthermore, the new army was to act as a permenant replacement for the Knights Templar of Asena, whose knights were assimilated by The Iron Wolves of Asena.
